First time I met you was at the very first Bug-In at the old Vegas track! 1985? 86? (the year that Platoon came out) Memory fuzzy due to... I've enjoyed Dyno Don at the mike for over 20 years. Finally got a chance to spend some time with him at a Pre-Drag Day Party hosted by Scott Bakken. We talked at length about VW Drag Racing history. He knows more about VW racing than anyone I've ever met. It was a privilege and a pleasure. Not only is he a great guy. He will remember your name the next time you meet. I will send some pics.
